ACCOMPANY
LP4Y supports Youth from excluded areas towards professional and social inclusion through tailored and innovative solutions that provide opportunities, develop skills, and empower young adults to become actors of change in their communities. Through training, Youth are accompanied by Catalysts in building the confidence and capacities needed to access sustainable livelihoods, while creating a positive impact on surrounding communities.
CAMPAIGN
The Campaign pillar amplifies the voices and lived experiences of Youths in extreme poverty and exclusion to raise awareness and drive engagement from citizens, companies, and institutions.It shares impactful stories to increase visibility and understanding of exclusion issues and youth inclusion. By working alongside Youths, it helps co-create advocacy content and grassroots solutions that foster dialogue and strengthen commitment to inclusion.
ENGAGE
Since its creation, LP4Y has worked closely with a network of global, national, and local partners. Partners play a key role in supporting young people throughout their training journey, and in promoting greater inclusion of those with fewer social and professional opportunities. A core strength of the partnership development strategy lies in identifying win-win opportunities between each partner and LP4Y, ensuring strong engagement and the development of long-term, sustainable relationships.
