ENGAGE

WHY GET INVOLVED?

Since its inception, LP4Y has worked closely with a network of global, national, and local partners. Partners play a key role in supporting young people throughout their educational journey and in promoting greater inclusion for those with fewer social and professional opportunities.

A key strength of our partnership development strategy lies in identifying win-win opportunities between each partner and LP4Y, ensuring strong commitment and the development of long-term, sustainable relationships.

Access to decent work is an essential step toward inclusion, but it is not enough on its own. True inclusion means enabling young people not only to work, but also to thrive, contribute, and act responsibly within their communities.

To foster this comprehensive inclusion, LP4Y works with its partners to develop cross-cutting projects that enhance young people’s well-being, civic engagement, and environmental awareness. Through training sessions, workshops, and events, young people gain the tools they need to take care of themselves, engage with their communities, and work toward a more sustainable future.

GLOBAL NETWORKS SUPPORTING A COALITION FOR YOUTH INCLUSION

Guided by the motto “Together We Can,” LP4Y has long championed the power of collective action. This vision led to the creation of the Youth 4 Change network in 2012, followed by the Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) in 2015, bringing together NGOs and businesses to take action and advocate for the social and professional inclusion of young people.

YOUTH 4 CHANGE NETWORK (Y4CN)

Building on its success and thanks to the support of loyal artists, this annual event has become a real "rendez-vous" in New York. It is now also deployed in Paris, Rome and London.
