BECOME A SPONSOR
OF A CENTER

Become a sponsor for young people facing exclusion, and accompany them on their path to a job and a place in society.

One center.
One group of Youth.
A journey that starts with YOU.

Why sponsor an LP4Y's center?
A one-off donation ends at the transaction. LP4Y sponsorship, on the other hand, brings you into a lasting relationship: you follow a center's progress, understand its real needs, and watch the impact of your commitment build, year after year
.
You're not giving "into the void". You're joining an organisation committed to the Youth for the long run, and becoming, in your own way, part of the change.

Why this centers specifically ?
To provide stability and ongoing support to the young people you sponsor.

Because it is difficult to raise funds in these countries, which have unstable political situations.

Because these centers each exemplify the diversity of the LP4Y educational approach (with TDC, LAA, and GV).

Because they are effective and demonstrate a sincere commitment.

What is the Life Project Money?
To enroll in a training program that lasts several months, you still need to be able to afford not to work.
Many young people supported by LP4Y make a living through small, informal, and precarious jobs. Without a minimum level of income, enrolling in a training program sometimes means giving up an income that is essential for themselves or their families.
That is why LP4Y created the Life Project Money (LPM): a stipend paid to young people throughout their program to help them cover some of their basic needs and focus on their training.
But the LPM is not a salary. Its amount remains below the local minimum wage and increases gradually as the young person progresses through the program. The goal is to give them the means to pursue training today, while encouraging them to build their professional independence for the future.
Each young person also learns to manage their own budget: they plan their expenses, make choices based on their priorities, and learn to use their resources wisely.

Your sponsorship, therefore, does more than simply provide financial assistance. It gives the young person the time and resources to build their life plan, without having to choose between pursuing their education and providing for their basic needs.
Why do we suggest a 3 years commitment?
Because a real transformation never happens in a few weeks. This long-term format benefits everyone involved:

For the Youth
The pedagogical continuity, essential in a journey toward employment that is never built in a few weeks.

For the center
The financial visibility that allows it to plan confidently a promotion, from recruiting the Youths through to their move into employment.

For you
To have the chance to follow a genuine transformation over time, rather than a single fixed snapshot.
Q&A
How do I keep up with what's happening at the center I sponsor?
You'll receive a quarterly newsletter dedicated to the center you sponsored. Complemented, depending on your tier, by a letter from a Youth or an annual video call with the Youths and their coach.
Why a multi-year commitment rather than a single donation ?
Because a journey into employment is never built in a few weeks. A 3 to 5 years sponsorship gives the center the visibility to plan an entire batch, and gives you the opportunity to watch a real transformation rather than a single snapshot.
