This is the single most important element in the development of the Young Adults. Each program team of 15 spends half its time developing a micro-economic activity. As they create and manage their business, the Young acquire essential training, and the Life Project Centers provide the space for experimenting with one or more programs.
As the Young are straight away plunged into an entrepreneurial project, they discover the joy of experimentation, the confidence that comes with success and finally the sense of equilibrium experienced by people who find their way.
Each program has its own coach who has experience in business as well as in coaching. The coaches are LP4Y volunteers generally contracted for 2 years. Each coach is a member of the team, taking responsibility for giving feedback with a view to disseminating best practices.
End of 2018, LP4Y will count 44 programs developed in 22 LPCs across 5 countries
